Contact forms

No matter where your business is based, we enable an opt-in consent field in our forms as a first step of a data protection process. That is information you provide to us directly. It may include your name, e-mail address, phone number, your company, job title and other information that best characterizes your business to allow us to communicate with you about your orders, registrations, customer service inquiries and requests for information.

In case we ever decide to add you to a marketing list segment we will include you in a consent campaign first.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site.
They make your online experience easier by saving browsing information. With cookies, sites can keep you logged in, remember your site preferences and give you personalized content.

Cookies can also be used to establish statistics about the browsing experience. We collect automatic information through the use of cookies from google analytics, a third-party service provided by Google. Google Analytics is by far the most common tool for website owners to automatically or passively collect information about user activity and gain insights into how a website is being used.

Consent to use cookies

Many jurisdictions require that website owners obtain opt-in user consent before using cookies that are not strictly necessary. You give such consent when you click on the corresponding button of the cookie consent banner. If you refuse, cookies will not be set.

How to manage cookie settings

Most web browsers allow you to manage your cookie preferences through the browser settings. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, or delete all cookies. Find out how to manage cookies on popular browsers:

Please note that if you choose to block cookies, this may impair or prevent due functioning of web pages.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your personal information except in the limited circumstances described here. We may share your information with our Partners bearing the Dectar™ or ACSIA™ brand, for business, operational, promotional and marketing purposes.

We share your online activity information with Google and in return Google provides us with statistics and behavior information that help us operate our business and the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data

You can manage your preferences regarding receiving emails from us by contacting us here and including your message in the message field.

Do we transfer data internationally?

We are a global business and we process, transfer, and store information about our users on servers located in a number of countries, including the United States. However, for data transferred from the European Economic Area we rely on the EU Model Clauses (issued by the European Commission).
